Couch to 5k Programme
St. Attracta's N.S. Lowpark, Charlestown, Mayo, IrelandCouch to 5k Programme starts on Tuesday, 9th January. This programme will run for the duration of 8 weeks, meeting on a Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm at Charlestown National School. All fitness levels are welcome. Sign up Here.
