Charlestown Swimming Pool has re-opened its doors for the 2021 season to popular acclaim with the committee ensuring all Covid-19 regulations are strictly enforced and in line with the protocols laid down by the HSE.
The first week was a wonderful success as swimmers young and old took the opportunity to avail of a swim in lovely, calm and warm waters with the facility looking absolutely magnificent with the hardworking and dedicated committee leaving no stone unturned to ensure everything was in order for the big return. Open swims have to be booked online and click on the page and that will provide all you need to know in terms of times and slots available with the page updated on the hour practically. This facility remains one of the jewels in the crown of the towns recreational infrastructure and deserves all the support it gets as it continues to develop and enhance its facilities and provide the best of what it has to offer to a very supportive general public.
