The annual general meeting of the Charlestown Athletic Soccer Club was held in the Pastoral Centre, Lowpark, Charlestown, and the following officers were elected; chairperson Ben Pilcher; secretary and PRO Delia Durkan; treasurer Siobhan McCaffrey; vice-treasurer Helena Finn; child protection officer Rhonda Burke; delegate Vinnie Hunt; committee members John McCarthy, Siobhan Kelly and Joe Lowther.
The committee has put out an appeal for new coaches to come on board and get involved in the training and management of an underage team for a couple of hours a week over a twelve-week period. Any expressions of interest would be most appreciated and contact can be made by getting in touch with any member of the above executive.
