Mayo Public Participation Network (PPN) is organising a County information evening for community groups on Thursday, 6th April in Macalla Hall, Lough Lannagh Village, Castlebar at 7pm.
This evening is open to all groups registered with Mayo PPN. The evening will start with a meeting to discuss issues of importance to Mayo PPN and to complete any of the formal work of the network. This will be followed by information sessions from Mayo Volunteer Centre on Garda Vetting and The 2016 Charities Regulation Act. Groups on the night will receive information on how these issues will affect your community group or organisation.
Registration
Groups wishing to attend should be registered with Mayo PPN. Full details of the criteria for membership of the PPN is listed here. If your group/organistaion is not already registered, you can complete the online registration form here.
