Masses have returned which is a source of relief and joy to many in the parish who missed their daily and weekly worship. The churches reopened for the first time since Christmas on Monday, May 10, and this was very well received by large cohorts of the community who returned with relish as they resumed their interaction with the Lord.
There are still some levels of restriction in place with Mass limited to fifty but the fact that the sacrament of Mass is and the churches are open for business is to be celebrated as society returns to some form of normality albeit slowly and carefully.
