If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands\, Flourish maybe for you. Flourish will also be running programmes in the East Mayo area over the Autumn/Winter period such as “The John Hoban Music Circle”\, “Introduction to Journalling workshop”\, “Reconnect to Wellbeing” and more.
