The Games Club at Tavneena National School is now in full swing and proving to be a big hit amongst the kids. Children ranging from 5-12 years are invited along to enjoy board games, arts & crafts and to partake in some good old fashioned fun!
Since the Games Club first opened its doors, the children have been entertained with a bouncy castle, a sports obstacle course and clay model making along with playing board games.
Cost of entry is €4 per child or €10 for a family of 3. The Games Club is open to the wider community. So if you know of any child who may like to join in the fun, then Tavneena is the place to be on a Friday evening! During the school term, the Games Club is open every Friday, 5:30pm – 8:00pm.
The Games Club will be open this Friday, 10th March, with balloon modelling and table tennis coaching added to all the usual activities.
All proceeds from this club go towards the school.
