Just a brief reminder about the Charlestown Litter Pick taking place on Friday, 14th April.
The Tidy Towns Committee and the Foróige club will undertake a litter pick on the town and its approach roads, as part of the National Spring Clean Initiative for 2017.
However, we are also asking volunteers to participate in this community clean-up, as extra hands will enable the litter pick to be extended further on all of the approach roads.
And so, we are putting the call out to anyone who may have an hour or two to spare on Good Friday, to join us in our Spring Clean 2017 efforts!
The group will assemble at Charlestown Enterprise Centre at 10:00am.
Gloves, pickers and protective clothing will be provided.
