Representatives from Mayo/Sligo Greenway will hold an information evening in Charlestown Arts Centre on Wednesday, 30th November at 8pm.
The representatives from the Greenway Co-Op comprises of local individuals, social & voluntary groups and businesses all with a common goal – to work together to halt decline and restore social, cultural and commercial viability to the region.
The mission of Sligo Greenway Co-Op is to reclaim the stretch of disused railway from Collooney to Bellaghy with the aim of seeing it develop into a greenway.
This stretch of disused railway has the potential to be reclaimed and turned into a valuable and worthwhile amenity.
Members of the public are invited to attend the information evening.
