Guess What! We’re going to open this Summer! YEP…this is definitely your last opportunity to swim in the cooler waters of Charlestown Swimming Pool 😂 as we have confirmed with Mayo County Council that the upgrade works will not commence in July …but we’ll definitely have our pool upgraded for next year đŸ™‚
However! We will need your help..Between Insurance, general running costs, accountancy fees and wages it takes just over €9,000 to run our pool for the season. As we didn’t expect to open we pulled back on our fundraising so it’s all systems go over the next few weeks so all ideas welcome….stay tuned for ways in which you can support our fundraisers and keep Charlestown Swimming Pool open for this season….
